You may use this Site to view information about our Nashville condominium rentals — Palms & Vanities and Party Central — submit booking inquiries, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to interact with the Site or its forms.
• Upload malicious code or content that could damage the Site or its users.

Reservation inquiries submitted through the Site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A stay at Palms & Vanities or Party Central is confirmed only after we (a) communicate confirmation directly, and (b) receive any required deposit or payment. Rates, availability, house rules, and cancellation terms are provided separately at the time of booking and take precedence over any promotional wording on this Site.

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, neon artwork, and interior imagery of Palms & Vanities and Party Central — is owned by or licensed to Nashville Party Condos and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or resell any content without our prior written permission.

We work to keep property descriptions, amenity lists, photography, and Nashville recommendations accurate and up to date. However, details can change without notice, and we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. In the event of a discrepancy, the details confirmed directly by the host at the time of booking control.
