Guests receive secure building access through the DOOR (Latch) app. Access begins at 4:00 PM on check-in day and automatically expires at 10:00 AM on check-out day. Because occupancy stays high, early check-in and late check-out generally aren't available — book an extra night if you need more time.
Our condos sit in the heart of downtown. Expect typical city activity — live music, trains, emergency vehicles, construction and pedestrian energy. If you prefer quiet, a stay outside downtown may fit better.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condos, on balconies, in hallways, the courtyard, pool area, parking garage, and all common spaces. Violations may result in fines beginning at $300.
Shared amenities are managed by the HOA and availability may change for maintenance or seasonal operations. The outdoor pool is typically open March through October.
