• Basic technical information your browser automatically shares when loading pages, such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to booking inquiries and confirm reservations.
• Send trip details, check-in instructions, and follow-ups.
• Provide personalized Nashville recommendations and concierge help.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the website.
